Scott Stone, European Operations Manager, was recently re-elected to a two-year
term on the Drilling Contractors Association (DCA Europe) Board of Directors.
The DCA Europe is a technical association of the horizontal directional drilling (HDD)
industry in Europe. An established trenchless construction method throughout the
world, HDD is a technical and economic alternative for the underlaying of obstacles
in the field of pipeline laying.
Scott has been actively involved in HDD and trenchless construction industries since
1988. Starting as a steering tool guidance engineer, he has managed maxi rig
projects throughout the world and helped develop and establish HDD as a preferred
option for trenchless installation. He joined Michels in 2022 to support expansion of
services throughout Europe.
