As a HSEQ Project Coordinator, your key responsibilities will be to oversee and participate in the development, implementation, and maintenance of corporate programs and policies. This position will also interact and communicate with senior management regularly. Critical for success are strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and the ability to organize and prioritize duties in a fast-paced environment. It is essential to be able to work independently and possess a high level of interpersonal skills and discretion to handle sensitive and confidential situations.

What it takes:
- Associate degree in related field, 3-5 years of related office experience or an equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience working with and communicating with senior leadership
- Compile, analyze and report on field data for senior management as needed.
- Provide administrative support for the Vice President of HSEQ, HSE Directors and HSE field support as needed.
- Collaborate with Executive HSEQ council to schedule meetings, develop meeting/presentation materials, record meeting minutes, track action items and communicate as needed.
- A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record
