As a Payroll & Union Benefits Supervisor, you will be responsible for facilitating process design, system improvements, and workflow maintenance. Additionally, this role will create monthly analyses and reports, supervise and support the Payroll & Union Benefits Team, complete weekly payroll process, and complete union benefit fund reporting. Success in this position requires a keen attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills for managing sensitive and confidential matters, and strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks and work efficiently.

What it takes:
- Associate’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources or 5-7 years of progressive experience with collective bargaining agreements and payroll
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Management experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (desired)
- Related union experience (desired)
- Experience with payroll encompassing multiple collective bargaining agreements (desired)
