Green Lake County Cable Installation

Crews installed fiber-to-the-home and fiber-to-the-tower underground line & cable infrastructure for Bug Tussel in Green Lake County. The project consisted of 76 miles of fiber placement. Once completed, the project brought high speed internet to the rural areas within the county as well as fiber connection to multiple cell towers along the route.

The crews encountered many different ground conditions including heavy cobble and solid rock, which interfered with the installation of the lines. Due to the nature of working in a seasonal vacation area, heavy traffic conditions were dealt with as well during project operation.
